SOMATIC FREEDOM, ONE BODY AT A TIME
Trauma-informed sessions, online or in presence in Rome — for those ready for deep transformation.
A SPACE TO STOP SELF-PATHOLOGIZING
In my 1:1 sessions we work together with attention to safety, consent and your personal pace, avoiding forcing processes or trying to "overcome" trauma. It is not about fixing or correcting anyone, but about creating a space where the nervous system can gradually expand its capacity for presence, choice, and regulation, so it can ultimately unfold its unique creative expression.
My approach is trauma-informed: it recognizes that our experiences — especially those that are difficult, violent, or oppressive — live in the body and influence the way we feel, react, and relate to others.
By stretching our emotional bandwidth and committing to your desires, you will learn to listen to your intuition, trust your gut and rebel against societal norms — building the life that your body is longing for. Are you ready to taste somatic freedom?
Lu Bellotti — they/them
FOR THE POWERFUL & SENSITIVE BEINGS READY TO SHED OLD SKIN
I work with magical creatures who (un)willingly live outside of what racial capitalism calls "normality" with its fascist rules. Beings who wish to deepen their relationship with their bodies and stretch their emotional bandwidth.
Rebel & rageful
Women, lesbians, trans, intersex, non binary folks, queers, sex workers, racialized people and disabled persons.
Willing to look
At their wounds, but also their privileges, desires, and contradictions — with honesty and compassion.
Ready for transformation
Maybe you already tried countless therapies and still feel stuck. Only if you are ready for deep transformation, should you choose smot.
Belonging
This space seeks to be accessible, ethical, and inclusive for every body to unfold its voice, dignity, and creative capacity, and remember what belonging means.
FROM ORIENTATION CALL TO ONGOING WORK
01
Free orientation call
We meet for ~30 minutes — no commitment, no obligation. You feel if my voice and presence land in your body. I get a sense of what you’re moving toward.
02
Pace & container
We decide together: online or in person in Rome, single sessions or a series. Sessions move at your nervous system’s pace — never forcing, never rushing.
03
Embodied practice
Working with body, breath, movement and language. Practicing presence, choice, regulation — and the political reality of what lives in our bodies.
04
Integration & return
What you discover doesn’t stay in session — it travels into your relationships, your work, your refusal of the patterns that kept you stuck.
"You were born with power. I just came to earth to remind you of it, and to not allow you to use it to perpetuate harm towards yourself or others, but to create beauty and justice."
TRAUMA-INFORMED, NOT MEDICAL
What this is
My approach is trauma-informed: it recognizes that our experiences — especially those that are difficult, violent, or oppressive — live in the body and influence the way we feel, react, and relate to others.
This means working with attention to safety, consent, and each person’s pace, avoiding forcing processes or trying to "overcome" trauma. It is not about fixing or correcting anyone, but about creating a space where the nervous system can gradually expand its capacity for choice, presence, and self-regulation.
A trauma-informed approach also takes social and political contexts into account — such as systemic violence, racism, or transphobia — recognizing that trauma is not only individual, but also collective and structural.
What this is not
My somatic coaching sessions are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric therapy. I do not provide clinical diagnoses or prescribe medical treatments.
This is a space dedicated to personal and relational growth, not medical treatment or psychoanalysis.
Workshops & collective practice
Workshops and online practices designed for us to practice community, being in relationship with our bodies and other bodies.
